What if I don’t know what to book?

To make scheduling your first appointment as simple as possible, we created two unique packages for new client’s to choose from that will give your stylist enough time to accommodate your needs. If the detailed descriptions on our Service Menu do not help guide you, please feel free to contact us or schedule a color consultation with any of our stylists.

What is your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?

We understand that life is full of unexpected turns, this is why we provide a confirmation text, or email 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Clients who cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. The cancellation fee will be used as a deposit to reschedule the appointment and will be taken off of their total bill at their next visit. For repeat offenders, Clover and Pine reserves the right to charge 100% of your service. Clients who NO CALL / NO SHOW will be charged 100% of their scheduled service and will not be credited the no show fee at their next visit.

What if I am late to my appointment?

Clients who arrive more than 10-15 minutes late will be honored at Clover and Pine’s discretion. Out of the respect to our stylists and guests, C&P reserves the right to CANCEL or MODIFY as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. If we are not able to accommodate your needs because of timing, the cancellation policy will still remain.

What if I’m not in love with my hair and I need an adjustment?

It is our top priority to make sure every client feels heard and valued. It all begins with the consultation. Stylists at Clover and Pine Hair Studio take time before every service to discuss your hair goals, what your budget is like, and what is achievable, to make sure you feel confident through the appointment. Some situations will require multiple sessions to achieve your goals such as color corrections. Color corrections take time, patience and often several appointments to achieve your goal color. A color correction is a specialty service and therefore is treated as a one time appointment, and every effort is made to achieve the best possible result at your first color correction appointment. If subsequent appointments are made for additional color correction, those services are deemed additional services and additional fees for each subsequent appointment will be charged. Clover and Pine does not issue refunds.  At the same time each stylist strives for 100% satisfaction.  We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success.  If there is a problem with the color or cut then our policy is for you to notify us within 7 days of the appointment so that the stylist that performed the service can and will fix it at NO charge. Stylists at C&P have the right to consult first and discuss with client about the appointment.  If the client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the consultation then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.
